All orders shipout within 24-48 hours from time of order. Depending on your location delivery can take up to 5 business days for delivery. We e-mail order status, shipping comformations, and estimated delivery date. We deliver on our own truck up to 250 miles from our warehouse. Local delivery is no charge. All returns of merchandise cannot be guaranteed without Rose By Design's Authority. No returns will be accepted unless previously authorized and shall be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Furniture ships out quickley and cannot be canceled unless authorized by rose by design . A cancellation fee of 20% will be charged at that time. All furniture comes with a 1 year warranty against manufacture defects. Misused or abused furniture will not be covered at all.
